A great book all should own. I do have a question concerning the top of page 23 involving Santa Fe Independent School Dist. v. Doe. It identifies a Mormon as one of the plaintiffs in the case. As a member of that church, knowing the position of church leaders and 100% of the members, we support prayers in our schools, public or private. I cannot imagine a member of the church taking such a position. Could there be an error here?

Great book!! A must read!! I bought 3 books for all of my pastors to read. I feel that every pastor in America should have this book in his hands. It time for Christians to wake up.

Very well written and informative. Almost shocking at times. When you are done reading this book, you will really need to re-think your way of looking at the T.V. , newspaper, and our school system. Basically this book shows the reader what is going on and the very imminent danger that this country faces in the 21st century. A must read for all Christians and Americans alike.

In my personal Thought-review, I think David Limbaugh is looking on the surface of Chistianity which is a false Beacon, The so-called Christian Religion in the world of today is anything but christ-like, Check the practices of the Christian Religion against what the Bible (God) says, then you will wonder where it got all of its practices and rituals you sure cannot find them in the New Testament of the Holy Bible, they are not there. they all seem to come from outdside the Bible. Does not that seem strange. It sure does to me, I am a believer in the Holy Bible and I do attend a church and that is where I recieved my wrongs, The Christians against truth,(the word of God) it is from within the Nominal so-called Orthodox church Christian Religion. It is totally Apostate from truth. Don't believe me check for yourselves. and think for yourselves, the so-called church leaders can't do it for you, that as if you happen to be a believer.So-It-Goes!

Limbaugh's "Persecution" floats . . . and moves. For at least a decade, I have been cringing, tight-lipped re: persecution of Christians. The Circus Maximus is back. Feeding good, godly people to the lions released from their Politically Correct cages, the word is out. They are harrasing, demonizing, misrepresenting, and diminishing nearly one-hundred and fifty million Americans. They will be repaid when it reaches the stomach-turning-point, which is now. All they are doing is solidifying 1.5 billion Christian people, who have no more cheeks to turn, and therefore nothing to lose. We won't turn violent, except with the weapon that is most devastating and diminishing, the ballot box. That is our weapon, and it is reducing the Democratic party to a doddering, toothless incredible shrinking party. They are the new GOP (Gone Old Party). The closer we get to them, the farther they are away, and the last time we will see them is when they are out of sight! Goodbye Democrats.I will read about you in the footnotes!

Limbaugh is right when he says 'There's no separation between church and state' in the constitution. That's right, because Thomas Jefferson said that in a letter written to the Dansbury Baptists in the early 1800s. The constitution also doesn't say 'right to a fair and speedy trial' either, yet that is common vocabulary in our court system. If Christians are persecuted like Limbaugh says, then tell me, why haven't we ever had a non-Protestant elected president? When JFK was elected people were worried about having a Catholic elected president. There are many pro-Christian radio shows, television shows, colleges and so on. If Christians want to know real anti-Christian treatment, then perhaps they should look to Africa, the Middle East, or the communist run countries. I'm not denying that there are people who are personally anti-Christian, I do deny that it is 'tough' to be a Christian in America.

Mandatory reading for all pastors. Mandatory reading for all Christians. Mandatory reading for all who cherish this country and the freedoms it promises. Mr. Limbaugh has done a masterful job explaining and clarifying religious bigotry. Why it's happening and where it's coming from. Provided a renewed admiration and thankfulness for what our forefathers intended and accomplished. This book should not only be read but completely absorbed. Great.

I found this book to be very imformative and fascinating. I could not put it down until I had read it from cover to cover. My hope is this book will empower conservative Christians to stand up for their principles.

Overall very good and well written. However, because of the title and nature of Mr. Limbaugh's premise, his book warrants a closer look at the validity of some of his underlying assumptions. My major disappointment was the book's ambiguity on whether Christian's should or should not support public education. This has become a critical issue in the minds of thousands of parents-both Christian and non-Christian-across the Nation. Many are looking to David Limbaugh for answers.

Extremely well done! Though I've done significant research into anti-Christianity, this book provides considerably more information -- and WITH references! So many books offer well-written opinions. This one offers fact, opinion and references so you can validate the information for yourself. Having looked up quite a few of those references, I know enough to know this author did his homework. This is a book everyone who cares about our country and/or Judeo-Christian values should read. It will OPEN your eyes!

Most people in our society agree, that high school students are NOT, taught enough US history and the true shaping of our early American society by our founding fathers. Now, I know why this is, and I realize that this is by design and not by accident. Thank You for this outstanding book! A must read for all of you "moderates" who allow the headlines and mass media sound bytes to, not only shape your political opinions and beliefs, but, allow media, to establish the political issues and agenda, facing our great nation.

An embittered, mean-spirited, distorted attack on a large section of the population who have a very different and more generous view of the world. I fail to see any 'Christian' perspective in this bigoted little text...

Mr Limbaugh shows up the way Christianity is singled out for attack in the educational and media systems. He gives many examples where Christians and Christianity are demeaned in a way that would generate huge protests if "Jew", "Black", "Homosexual" or "Muslim" were substituted for "Christian". This alone shows up the hypocritical double standards of the Christ-haters who pretend to be oh-so-tolerant. So much of this is in the schools and universities that are only too happy to accept money coerced from Christians in taxes. Yet under "academic freedom", professors can demean Christians and demand actual belief in (not just understanding of) goo-to-you evolution to be recommended for courses. But woe betide any prof who dares to argue that material causes might not be enough to explain life on earth. It is also instructive to see how Hollywood is prepared to lose money on films that portray Christians in a horrid light, and forgo the huge earnings that pro-Christian movies have made. The Leftmedia also come in for well-deserved hammering. One example is the way that they blow up anything where homosexuals or abortionists are violently attacked, and blame it on Christians and pro-lifers. They ignore the non-violence of the overwhelming majority in the latter. And the other side of the coin is the virtual blackout on violence BY homosexuals or AGAINST pro-lifers. Similarly, the one persecuted group overseas that is almost totally ignored is the Christians suffering martyrdom. But since this was at the hands of the left's beloved Communists, it was apparently OK. And now the left have a new love-affair with muslim fanatics, and even blame the Christian victims. It is worse when this bigotry is from taxpayer-funded media such as PSB and NPR.

The author spends a great deal of the book enumerating stupid or controversial decisions made by teachers and public school officials in various jurisdictions, then concludes that there is a systematic bias against religion. The author does not consider the possibility that teachers make stupid and/or controversial decisions _every day_, and that if you take into account eveything that parents are upset about regarding schools, bias against religion is not the issue.

A real eye opener. Thank you, David Limbaugh. Oh, and by the way, those who like to make those sneaky little caustic remarks: Identify yourself or don't bother posting. I highly doubt that vapid liberals like yourself have even read any of these books. Grow up.
